In July 2026, North Hartford Ascend partnered with Childhood Prosperity Lab to bring youth together for a four-day Co-Design Sprint focused on digital well-being, youth leadership, community engagement, and marketing and communications. The report highlights young people’s ideas and recommendations for strengthening youth voice in Ascend’s work, including creating a Youth Advisory Board, co-designing community events, and developing more youth-centered communications that reflect the experiences and interests of the North Hartford community.
