North Hartford Ascend partners are working to build an integrated, coordinated, and comprehensive system of support in partnership with the community so that children and families living in the North Hartford Promise Zone reach their full potential.
To better understand how partners work together, the University of Hartford Center for Social Research (the project’s evaluation lead) collaborated with Visible Network Labs to conduct a Social Network Analysis (SNA). According to Visible Network Labs, SNA “is a research method used to visualize and analyze relationships and connections between entities or individuals within a network” that demonstrates the impact of relationships building.
