Last fall, North Hartford Ascend partnered with Connecticut Children’s Childhood Prosperity Lab to convene a Community of Practice rooted in the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework. Local organizations came together to learn, collaborate, and apply practical strategies that support children and families across the North Hartford Promise Zone.
