You can train for many of them in weeks or months, not years. We’ll break down what each path takes (time, cost, and who’s hiring) and help you pick one that fits your life. A workforce navigator will share programs recruiting right now, some with paid training.

You’ll walk away with: a personal pathway map and one concrete step to take in the next 30 days.

Whether you’re heading back to work, switching lanes, starting something of your own, or just trying to steady your money through a rough patch, the Career Mobility & Opportunity Workshop Series was built for you, right here in North Hartford. Led by Rochelle Williams, North Hartford resident, nonprofit engagement specialist, and founder of R.W. Professional Services.
