Over the past five years, Luz Holmes-Padgett has been a dedicated leader, working alongside residents, families, and community partners to elevate community voices and strengthen connections across North Hartford. Through her leadership, she has helped create spaces for meaningful conversation, shared learning, and collective action that have shaped this work in lasting ways.
