Communicating With Your Child

Build a deeper bond with your child through meaningful conversations. In this interactive session, participants will learn simple ways to check in weekly, encourage emotional expression, and start age appropriate conversations that strengthen trust and connection at home. In this workshop, participants will:

• Learn the importance of consistent parent/caregiver-child communication.
• Practice using a weekly check-in script to foster open dialogue.
• Identify age-appropriate conversation starters.
• Learn emotional vocabulary tools to help children express feelings.
