In this interactive session\, participants will learn simple ways to check in weekly\, encourage emotional expression\, and start age appropriate conversations that strengthen trust and connection at home. In this workshop\, participants will: \n\nLearn the importance of consistent parent/caregiver-child communication.\nPractice using a weekly check-in script to foster open dialogue.\nIdentify age-appropriate conversation starters.\nLearn emotional vocabulary tools to help children express feelings.\n\nThis Ascend Community Workshop is presented by KJR Consulting.
