DESCRIPTION:Why do some people struggle to build and maintain strong relationships\, even when they are knowledgeable and skilled? Often\, the challenge isn’t a lack of intelligence or expertise. It’s the ability to navigate emotions\, both their own and others’. When emotions aren’t managed effectively\, misunderstandings can arise\, trust can erode\, and connections\, whether at work or in the community\, can weaken. \nIn this session\, you will develop a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence\, reflect on your own emotional strengths and challenges\, and learn practical strategies for managing emotions effectively. By enhancing your ability to navigate emotions\, both yours and others’\, you will be better equipped to cultivate deeper\, more meaningful relationships at work and in your community. \nThis event is part of the Ascend Community Workshop series.
