What is student access to technology?

Student access to technology is defined as having access to a connected computing device, the internet, and/or other digital tools (e.g., software, apps) inside and outside the classroom to support learning. Devices such as desktops, laptops, tablets, cell phones, or smart phones are included in this definition.
